Holiday Origami
Come and learn the art of paper folding and make different creations. For grades K-6 at 4:30 p.m. at the LPL.

Friends of the ITPL Library Meeting
The Friends of the Library will meet from 3 to 4 p.m. in the director’s office.

AARP Defensive Driving
Save up to 10 percent on your car insurance. The AARP Smart Driver Program is open to all ages. Fee is $20 for AARP member and $25 for nonmembers. Checks/money orders are to be made payable to AARP and handed to instructor on day of program. No cash accepted. You must be present for the entire class to receive credit. You must bring your New York driver’s license, a pen and a check payable to AARP. It is suggested you bring your lunch. Must register. From 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the ITPL community room. The Engel’s Fourth Annual Holiday Fundraiser
Please join the Engel family for hot chocolate, coffee (donated by Starbucks), candy canes and Santa. Money will be collected to donate to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Unwrapped toys will also be collected to donate to the John Theissen Children’s Foundation. There will be a special holiday performance by Ella Marie Dance Studio as well as a visit from Santa and the Levittown Fire Department. From 5 to 9 p.m. at 7 Coachman Lane in Levittown.

It’s not always easy being a girl. Discuss challenges today’s girls face, possible ways to deal with them, beauty and body image and how to build self-esteem. Girls will also make a related craft. From 7 to 8 p.m. at the LPL. Must register.

Teen/Adult Ugly Sweater Cookie Party and Contest
Register as a single or up to four people and create these sweet little sweater treats while you enjoy hot chocolate and holiday music. Wear an ugly sweater and participate in the ugly sweater contest. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the LPL. Must register.

Teen café nights are back. Come hang out, play games and make crafts at this winter-themed fun event. From 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the LPL.


Levittown Community Council
The Levittown Community Council meets the fourth Monday of every month at the Levittown Public Library at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are open to the public and free.
