Daytime Book Chat
Come discuss the book The Green Road by Anne Enright at the ITPL from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

The Addams Family
The Levittown School District invites the community to a performance of MacArthur High School’s dramatic production of The Addams Family. Performances will be held in the school auditorium on Nov. 17-19, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for $10 at the door. There is also a free senior citizen performance on Nov. 16 at 1 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 18

Vive La France
Naomi Zeitlin will transport you to beautiful France with French-themed songs such as “I Love Paris,” and she will also sing some songs in French. From 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. at the LPL. Must register for tickets.

Farmers Market
Enjoy the large selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, seafoods, wines, baked goods, spices and more at the Seaford Railroad Station. From 7 a.m. to noon at 1933 Jackson Ave., Seaford. The market runs on Saturdays through Nov. 18. Call 631-323-3653.

Sunday Afternoon Music Series: Rubber Soul
Joe Salucci and JD Leonard are the lead vocalists for the Eagles tribute band Fast Lane and The Beatles tribute band Rubber Soul. As Rubber Soul, they perform music from The Beatles, Billy Joel, Elton John to Garth Brooks. From 2 to 3:15 p.m. at the LPL. Must register.

Strong Girls School
It’s not always easy being a girl. Discuss challenges today’s girls face, possible ways to deal with them, beauty and body image and how to build self-esteem. Girls will also make a related craft. Mondays, Nov. 21, 28 and Dec. 5 and 12, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the LPL. Must register.

Harry Potter Trivia Jeopardy
How well do you know Harry Potter? Test your knowledge in this fun game. From 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. at the LPL. Must register.

Kids Movie: Nine Lives 
Come enjoy the movie Nine Lives on the ITPL big screen. Bring your own snacks and drinks. Each child must have a permission slip on file. Ask at the Circulation Desk for a permission slip after registering. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a grownup. From 2 to 4 p.m. in the ITPL community room. This free program is limited to 30 children.

Saturday, Nov. 26

St. Bernard’s Church Craft Market
Come shop 60+ crafts and gifts vendors including fresh wreaths at St. Bernard’s School, 3100 Hempstead Tpke., Levittown from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event is free and open to the public

Levittown Community Council
The Levittown Community Council meets the fourth Monday of every month at the Levittown Public Library at 7:30 p.m. Meetings are open to the public and free.
